The Stuart Ranch Freeny Valley Queen Bed pays tribute to the history of the ranch, which has been under continuous family ownership since 1868. Originally located in Blue County, Indian Territory, the ranch was homesteaded by Robert Clay Freeny and his wife, Sarah Ellis, a Choctaw citizen. After Freeny's death, the ranch was passed down to his son, also named Robert Clay Freeny, who became known as Judge Freeny for his involvement in local government and agricultural associations. The ranch continued under family ownership until 1931 when Freeny's daughter, Ida, married Colonel Robert Terry Stuart and added to the property. The name was then changed to Stuart Ranch, solidifying the family legacy.
